DESCRIPTION:Synergy Executive & Boards Consulting Group is honored to be one of the recipients of the Anti-Racism Data Legislation Engagement Grant by the BC Provincial Government.\n“Our research community study will interview BIPOC leaders and boards across BC and collect data that identifies diversity gaps in the province\, with the goal of informing future policies made by the Province of BC.” Synergy is  connecting with community members\, leaders\, and boards of directors about their experiences with: \n\n representation on boards and in leadership positions\nthe quality of service and any gaps that exist\nincidences of systemic inequalities they have seen or experienced\ndata collection and how the data should be used\n\n Join us for this FREE Anti-Racism Engagement Event \nWe’ve partnered with Immigrant Networks\, Saltmedia and Drishti Consulting to host this virtual community engagement session. Join Nick Noorani\, Priti Shah and Trish Mandewo to discuss how race based data should be collected and used to inform future policies made by the Province of B.C.
